Synopsis

Yujin tells her best friend Minseo that she has romantic feelings for her. Minseo's uncertainty makes it difficult to answer, and the silence is interpreted as encouragement rather than hesitation. Yujin begins pursuing the possibility more confidently while Minseo struggles to identify what she wants and how to express it without causing pain. The short film follows the consequences of ambiguity inside a friendship whose familiar closeness makes assumptions especially easy. Affection does not mean that both people understand the relationship in the same way, and avoiding an answer can become an answer the other person supplies for herself. Minseo must discover how to communicate honestly while recognizing that protecting a friend from disappointment may require saying something less reassuring than silence.
