Show Me Love

Synopsis

Meena moves from a small town to Bangkok with ambitions of building a different life. An encounter with Sherene introduces a possibility she has not seriously considered: joining an agency and entering a beauty competition. Meena is initially unwilling to take that route, but the financial offer attached to participating changes her calculation. The pursuit of a crown creates a new environment of work, expectations and public performance. It also brings Meena and Sherene closer, turning an apparently practical arrangement into the beginning of a romance. Their developing relationship sits at the centre of the series rather than on the margins of another couple’s story. Engfa Waraha and Charlotte Austin lead this early MGI screen production, which connects personal ambition with an unexpected emotional attachment.
