Hyeon, a composer struggling with an inner darkness, attends a workshop organized around movement and healing. Entering a setting that asks the body to respond differently from the habits of her work opens another way of confronting emotion. The exercises do not simply translate pain into a clear explanation; they create experiences through which life, mortality, and the possibility of renewal can be felt in unfamiliar forms. The short film follows a process of attention rather than a straightforward cure. Hyeon's relationship with herself becomes the central field of exploration, with movement allowing questions that may resist ordinary conversation to acquire a physical presence. The story considers what changes when someone permits a new rhythm to interrupt the patterns through which she has understood her suffering.
